CAHA, in partnership with UnitingCare Queensland, are thrilled to announce the 2021 Greening the Healthcare Sector Forum will take place on 30 November!

The Forum will be hosted by Metro North Health with options to join online or in person (COVD permitting).

This year’s theme is ‘Working towards a net zero emissions, climate resilient, equitable and environmentally sustainable healthcare sector: ensuring good health for all’

The Forum will feature current research and policy to support the transition to net zero carbon and environmentally sustainable healthcare, and showcase practical examples of environmentally sustainable healthcare in action. It will provide an opportunity for connection, knowledge sharing, learning, and upskilling.

This Forum is for anyone interested in improving the environmental footprint of healthcare (including aged care) and fostering a healthy future for people and the planet including: healthcare sustainability champions (operations, clinical, support, leadership); healthcare executive and management; health contractors, suppliers, manufacturers; government health and environment and sustainability leaders and representatives; academics and researchers; students; sustainability innovators and practitioners.
