The Climate and Health Alliance, GGHH Pacific Region and the WA Health Sustainable Development Unit are thrilled to bring the Greening the Healthcare Sector Forum to Noongar Country (Perth) for the first time, hosted by South Metropolitan Health Service.

The 2-day forum will showcase Australian and New Zealand health sector leaders who are decarbonising their operations, improving their climate resilience, and working to improve health equity.

Health and aged care environmental champions, researchers, students, suppliers, contractors, health and sustainability experts and leaders across Australia and New Zealand are all welcome.

The world is striving for a low carbon, sustainable and climate resilient future, and it’s clear that healthcare delivery must change alongside it.

It's evident we need to act – but how do we actually drive the shifts in our healthcare system we need to bring about change?

Our forum theme will be focused on this ‘how’ – how do we empower action to deliver sustainable and climate resilient healthcare?

We are delighted to open submissions for presentations and workshops that respond to this theme. Submissions are open until COB Thursday 11 May.
