Plastics continue to grow across healthcare, while oversight struggles to keep up. This makes the insights of nurses, a critical workforce at the heart of our health system, especially important.

Our report with the ANMF brings these on-the-floor experiences together, showing both the strong appetite for reducing plastics in healthcare and the barriers that hold progress back.

The findings highlight what is needed next: better research to guide decisions, dedicated funding, and governance that supports plastics stewardship across the system.
