About the program

The theme of this year’s forum was “Empowering action for sustainable, climate resilient healthcare”. The world is striving for a low carbon, sustainable and climate resilient future – and healthcare delivery must change alongside it. It’s evident we need to act - but how do we actually drive the shifts in our healthcare system we need to bring about change? How do we engage our decision makers, suppliers, our colleagues and our patients in the process? How do we overcome barriers to progress?

Our forum focused on the ‘how’ – how do we empower action to deliver sustainable and climate resilient healthcare?

A diverse line-up of speakers, from healthcare, government, industry partners, academia and beyond, shared their expertise on current research, policy, industry innovations and practical examples of sustainable healthcare in action.

Workshops

On Day 2 of the forum, attendees chose to attend one of four workshops, facilitated by experts and aimed at equipping you with practical knowledge and skills to drive sustainable healthcare. Read the workshop outlines.
