Webinar: Leadership for Resilience and Wellbeing in a Volatile and Uncertain World
Climate and Health Alliance is pleased to host a free webinar for CAHA members being offered by Friends of CAHA member Dr Ruby Campbell. Dr Campbell is a Coaching Psychology practitioner, Adjunct Professor at UNSW, Managing Director at ProVeritas, author, and executive coach.
The webinar, called "Leadership for Resilience and Wellbeing in a Volatile and Uncertain World" is designed to increase resilience, wellbeing and key leadership skills. It is based on her work with global academic researchers , practitioners, and over 11 years coaching leaders internationally.
A key tenet of Ruby's work is that to be able to effectively deal with ongoing challenges and obstacles, such as climate change and COVID-19, without burning out, healthcare professionals and leaders need to nurture their resilience and wellbeing.
As Ruby says: "We need health professionals to thrive, now more than ever, as we face our biggest existential challenges yet."
